The disciples asked Jesus if it was because of the sin of a blind man or the sin of his parents that this man was blind. Why do people get sick? Is it because of our, or our parents sin? The blind man found a way to stop Jesus, so he could receive his healing. God wants to manifest His glory through you.

When Saul was on his way to Damascus to persecute the followers of Jesus, he heard the voice of God. You don't have to be 'spiritual' to recognize the voice of God. Have you been hardening your heart to hear God's voice?

Unbelief often grips the heart of God's people. We need to get our eyes off our problems and circumstances and get our eyes on God's Word. If God said it He will do it, if He spoke it, He will bring it to pass. Everything you get from God, you solely get it on the ground of faith. Let's say: “Lord, I stand on Your promises and I believe what You say!”

There will always be somebody that will try to make you content after you receive something from God. Why did the prophet Elisha ask for a double portion of the Spirit of the prophet Elijah? This message will stir your heart to press through and get God's best.

The Bible tells us about a Sunamite woman, who had a son that died on a certain time. When people asked her how she was doing she told them: “It is well!” She was full of faith that her son would live again. What do we tell people when our personal circumstances seem hopeless? Let's stand on the Word of God that says: “Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe you receive them, and you will have them.”

Matthew was despised among the people. When Jesus called Matthew to follow Him, he immediately stood up, left everything behind and followed Jesus. Why did Jesus call Matthew? It does not matter where you find yourself in life, Jesus is looking for you and knows your difficulties. He speaks to you and says: “Follow Me.” Are you ready to take that decision?

When there is abundance and wealth, it is easy to say “the Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want”. But if there are problems, and we are in real need, can we then still say the same? The Bible says that God will supply in all our needs. We are sheeps of His flock, and if we are His own, we can expect that He will look after us. Are you a sheep of His flock?

Do you feel like you are going through deep waters? The devil is out for everyone who is saved. Let us not stop praising Him, whatever our circumstances may be. Jesus said: “You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have called you, I have ordained you, to show forth My praise.”

The devil knows our weaknesses, and the enemy will attack us on it, he is out to destroy our faith. God gives us the provision and the necessary equipment to be strong, so that we can stand against the devil. But we have to put on the whole armor of God and confess the Word of God.

Do you ever wonder why you have to go through the test that you are going through? Faith has to be tested. The Bible says that the Spirit led Jesus to the desert to be tempted. Jesus used the same weapon that we can use today to resist the devil: the Word of God. How can we be victorious?
