When Jesus calmed the storm, the disciples said to each other: “What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?” To find out ‘what manner of man’ Jesus is, we must have a personal relationship with Him. You will never truly know what manner of Man Jesus is until the storm comes. There is a profound message in the words “…they took Him as He was”. We often want to accept Jesus with reservations. God wants to bring you to a place where you decide to take Jesus without any reservations, believing Jesus is Who the Word says He is!

Jesus' empire is higher than the highest heaven, but He has dominion over the lowest hell as well! He wears that diadem in heaven, that iron crown in hell and also here on earth He is Lord and everything bows to His reign! All things are upheld by the word of His power. Are you wondering what is happening to the world? Be encouraged that Jesus will come and make everything brand new and the glory of this world is already His.

The resurrected Jesus still had the marks of His suffering and of His death in His hands, His feet and His side. His wounds are the proof of His victory over death and His eternal love for us. They show His majesty! Why is seeing Jesus’ wounds so important and what can we learn from it today?

"It is finished". Words that echo throughout eternity! You need to know the power that these words hold. Don't be ignorant of these things. The devil will come after you and when you don't know that this sacrifice has satisfied the demands of the law, then you will continue to live under guilt and return to the spirit of slavery. We are now sons and daughters that cry out 'Abba Father'. But you need to know on which grounds.

The Bible tells us to ‘rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him.’ God wants to lead every one of us into a place where we can find rest. "Eli, Eli, Lama Sabachtani?" This was what Jesus had to suffer, being completely separated from the Father. That would be unbearable for us and yet we would have to carry that day after day! Jesus took that cup and drank all of it and He cried out: "My God, my God, why have You forsaken Me?" Do you understand the price that He paid for you?

Jesus was able to save the thief hanging next to Him on the cross, while Jesus Himself was in such a weak state in body, in flesh. How much more is He able to save today when He is risen to glory, sitting there with a name above every other name! One drop of the blood of Jesus is able to wash away a lifetime of sin and make you holy and acceptable before God.

The most often asked question in the world is: ‘What time is it?’ It is time for the Church to wake up! Time is short and Jesus is coming. It’s time to let God use you as His instrument. God chooses to work through us, the believers. When God starts working, He will change conditions, He will make a way where there seems no way and He will bring forth miracles!

When the disciples and Jesus were on the ship, a great storm broke loose. Jesus was asleep. But when the disciples awoken Him, He calmed the storm and said to His disciples: “O ye, of little faith, why are you afraid?” It is impossible for us to put our faith to work if fear is present.
